I do love this time of year, the colours of the trees, the chance to wrap up warm and splash about in puddles! Though I have to confess one of the best bits about the colder weather is the chance to really enjoy comfort food. And for me, a good breakfast is a big part of that. HiPP Organic sent Boo some of their Porridge Pouches and Crispy Duck Muesli to try and here is what we thought.
First of all I would like to say that Boo loves pouches, though usually pouches with fruit in them, it’s a great way to get her to eat fruit (we are going through a super fussy phase at the minute and the list of food she ‘can eat’ changes by the hour!). So when I saw the Porridge Pouches I thought they were a great idea! And I had no idea that “The HiPP organic range of Porridge Pouches are the only porridge in a pouch available in the UK!”
Boo has really loved trying the different flavours of the porridge pouches and it’s reassuring for me to know that “each porridge pouch contains one of five-a-day and encourages little ones to try a range of different flavours”. Boo has becoming increasingly fussy of late and so it’s great that she was willing to try the pouches and that she loved them too!
HiPP Orgnanic are a brand we have used from when we started weaning Boo back when she was 6 months old (that seems so long ago now, but at the same time only last week!) And I love that as the “only large, family-run company in baby food, HiPP Organic is passionate about natural and organic products to provide little ones with the best start in life”, it really is reassuring.
For my husband and I, who are keen to ensure that Boo has the healthiest diet she can, it’s fab knowing that her breakfast is “packed full of scrumptious 100% organic fruit and wholegrain cereal, these morning saviours provide valuable nutrition for little ones and contain no added sugar, only natural occurring sugars”. And it means she can get out and have lots of fun adventures (and carry the huge bag she insists on taking to nursery)!
Boo loves her ducky cereal – though she did need reassuring about the ‘red bits’. The different colours, shapes and textures of the muesli is a great way of introducing new foods and getting little ones used to different flavours. “Designed to give your little one a healthy start to the day and make breakfast time a little more fun, the HiPP Organic Fruity Muesli with Crispy Ducks contains the finest organic cereal and have no added sugar”.
Boo has really loves trying out these new breakfasts from HiPP Organic and she has been raring to go out on splashy puddle adventures!

We were sent some HiPP Organic Porridge Pouches and Muesli Cereal and the duckprint coat and wellies, as part of our work as HiPP explorers. All words and opinions are my own except those stated in quotations marks.
