There are so many great toys out there right now, and I have had a bit of trouble choosing which ones to get my daughter for her birthday and Christmas. I want toys that last and I want toys that are good value for money too. I always want a range of different toys so she can practice lots of different skills and learn in different ways. But most importantly so she can have lots of fun, and find out what she enjoys doing.
I was asked if I would like to review the Chicco Fiat 500 Remote Control Car, or rather I was asked if my daughter would like to review one. And I said yes, because I knew it would make a great birthday present for her, but also as she has never had anything like this before – it was something new for her to discover.
The simple steering wheel shaped remote control makes it the perfect first remote control car – turn the wheel to the left and the car turns left, turn the wheel to the right and the car goes right! Simple. The car itself is well made so it survived the inevitable bumps and crashes it has had along the way. The car itself is cute but at the same time not overly cartoon-y – I would say it almost looks friendly.
We’ve already had so much fun with our Chicco Fiat 500 Remote Control Car and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a first remote control car for your little one. The Chicco Fiat 500 helped little ones to develop cognitive skills as well as imaginations, creativity and inventiveness. The age range is 2 – 6 years which means it’s got lots of years left in it for us! (it’s also rather fun to play with even if you are a grownup too!)
The car does need a few batteries, 7 in total, which are not include so if you do go for this wonderful toy you need to stock up on them. Car requires 4x AA and the Steering Wheel required 3x AAA. The Chicco Fiat 500 Remote Control Car is avaiable from a wide range of toy shops including Amazon
We were sent a Chicco Fiat 500 Remote Control Car free of charge, however all opinions and words are my own. This post contains affiliate links.
