I can’t believe that All About Books has already been going for 3 months! And yet here we are in week 12! This week I have another lovely set of answers to my bookish questions. This week we have Lucy who blogs over at Lucy Turns Pages.
I will hand you over to Lucy so we can get started!
Hello, I’m Lucy, I am an aspiring author who blogs about reading, writing and mental health.
Which book(s) are you currently reading?
I am just about to start Bookish Boyfriends by Tiffany Schmidt (I am on a contemporary kick at the moment).
What was the last book you read? And what did you think of it?
I just finished reading The Dating Debate by Chris Cannon which I loved and reviewed on my blog.
What book is next on your “to be read” list?
And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie.
What is your favourite genre to read?

What genre do you tend to avoid?
I know this one is a tricky one, but what is your favourite book or series of books?
I have two favourite standalones if that is allowed! Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell.
Who is your favourite author? Or authors if you simply can’t choose one (It is a bit of a mean question)
JK Rowling, the magic of Harry Potter will always stay with me.
What is your favourite book from your childhood?
The Rainbow Magic series by Daisy Meadows.

If you could visit the world of any book, where would you go? Who would you spend time with? And what would you do?
Hogwarts and I would spend time with the Weasleys, Hermione, Harry, Neville and Luna. We would practice spells, go on snowy walks with the invisibility cloak and ride Buckbeak.
If you could bring any character from any book to life for a day, who would it be? And what would you do?
Sydney from Vicious by V.E. Schwab and we would spend time in a bookshop, as I feel that she needs a friend.
For any Harry Potter Fans, which house do you think you would be sorted in to? (This seems like a kind of random question but I am strangely curious about which house people would be in)
I have already been sorted into Hufflepuff and I think it suits me.
You can find Lucy over at her blog – Lucy Turns Pages and on social media – Twitter and Instagram.
Thank you so much to Lucy for answering my questions! I am a big fan of V.E. Schwab but I have yet to read her Vicious series – I will be rectifying that once the new UK covers come out in May! And I have to agree that Hogwarts would be an amazing place to visit.
If you would like to take part then please send me an email: email@example.com and I will send over the questions and information to you.
