All About Books with Odd Socks and Lollipops - colourful books stacked on grey background
This week we have Annie who blogs over at A Booknerd Travels. I will hand you over to her now…

Hello, I’m Annie from A Travelling Booknerd. I blog about books, travelling, lifestyle and photography.

Which book(s) are you currently reading?
I’m currently reading “I am Malala” and the second book of Red Queen “Glass sword”.

What was the last book you read? And what did you think of it?
The last book I read was “Dracula” by Bram Stoker.

What book is next on your “to be read” list?
The next book on my TBR book list is “How to a Bawse” by Lilly Singh.

What is your favourite genre to read?
My most favorite genre to read is probably fantasy, but I really like reading horror books, too.

What genre do you tend to avoid?
I can’t say I tend to avoid it, I just don’t like the romantic genre that much. But there are some really good romantic books.

I know this one is a tricky one, but what is your favourite book or series of books?
Hm, my favourite book…that’s a tough one. So far my favourite book is Anne Frank’s Diary or “The Diary of a Young Girl”.

Who is your favourite author? Or authors if you simply can’t choose one (It is a bit of a mean question)
My most favourite authors are Agatha Christie (god, I love her books), Stephen KIng and surprisingly Nora Roberts.

All About Books Week 3 - Books Pages First

What is your favourite book from your childhood?
My favourite childhood book is “The Neverending Story” by Michael Ende.

If you could visit the world of any book, where would you go? Who would you spend time with? And what would you do?
If I could visit any book world I think that should be Middle Earth from “Lord of the rings”. And I’ll spend time with Legolas and the others, and probably I’ll help them in the fight with the evil orcs.

For any Harry Potter Fans, which house do you think you would be sorted in to? (This seems like a kind of random question but I am strangely curious about which house people would be in)
Hm, I’m a Harry Potter fan and I’d be happy to be sorted in Gryffindor.

Thank you so much Annie for answering my questions. Dracula is one of my favourite books and you’ve reminded me that I am well overdue for a reread! I think it would be so amazing to visit Middle Earth, I would definitely want to be an elf though!

You can see Annie’s blog here and find her on Twitter and Instagram too.
