Hello Bookworms! I am super excited to be taking part in the blog tour for Show Us Who You Are by Elle McNicoll. I adored Elle’s first book A Kind of Spark and so you can image how much I was looking forward to Show Us Who You Are. I was even more excited to have the chance to read an early copy so I could share my thoughts in time for publication day which is the 4th March 2021. As an autistic reader/bookworm there is something extra special about reading a book by an autistic author especially featuring an autistic protagonist. And Cora from Show Us Who You Are joins Addie from A Kind of Spark as one of my all time favourite characters.
Hello Bookworms! I couldn’t let the run up to Christmas pass without at least one bookish gift guide, and here’s the first! Today I thought I would share a range of awesome books for kids – from picture books right up to middle grade which I would definitely recommend as gifts.
Hello Bookworms! I have a magical children’s book to share with you today – Midnight Magic, which is written by Michelle Harrison and illustrated by Elissa Elwick. Midnight Magic is absolutely perfect for Halloween, though we have had our copy for a while and have read it lots of times already! I would say it is the perfect read no matter the time of year!
