I have been working from home since March of last year and it has actually been really good for the balance between my work life and my chronic illness. Being at home means that I can move about more and also change things up in terms of my work set up. As well as a desk I have also been working whilst sat on my chair. My chair is an electric recliner with added support in various places and it is the most comfortable chair for me especially in the middle of a flare up. I did have a laptop cushion but it wasn’t really working for me and so when I was asked if I would like to review a lap desk I said yes!

I am in Christmas mode at the minute, already looking for both Christmas and birthday presents – our daughter’s birthday is in December so this time of year is a little hectic. And I have so many people asking for gifls ideas, especially as the pandemic has meant that we haven’t seen some family members since the very beginning of the year. So when I saw an opportunity to have a look at the latest collection from Twisty Petz – Twisty Girlz!

We received a pair of Falark Men’s Walking Shoes for the purpose of this review, however all words and opinions are my own.

I love this time of year, and despite the drop in temperature we find ourselves out and exploring. To best explore we obviously all need the right shoes. I have walking boots because the high sides help with the custom orthotics I have to wear for my HSD. My husband also has walking boots too but though has have lasted well and have been fantastic, they are past their best now and we were looking for some new ones when Trespass got in touch and asked if we would like to review some of their Men’s Walking Shoes.

We have been making the most of our time at home and we have been creating and crafting lots. I have been on the lookout for toys, which we can use to help teach us some new skills and practice old ones. So when I saw the opportunity to try and review Ravel Tales I couldn’t wait. I knew my daughter would love them.

We have really been enjoying homeschooling and we have be trying all sorts of way to make it fun and different. One of the things we have been trying are subscription boxes, I shared our thoughts on the very first Tales by Mail box which was a big hit! And so when I saw the opportunity to review the Mysteries in Time box I was very excited and kept my fingers crossed! I knew that my daughter would love the chance to explore history with a little help from Max and Kate.
