Another month and another incredible Fairyloot box. The theme for June’s box was Rebels in Ballgowns. I have to say that again, I had no real idea of the book – I love that I get to read amazing books, which I might not have otherwise read.

There were a couple fandoms that were represented in this box and I just couldn’t wait to see what the Fairyloot team came up with. Another incredible piece of theme artwork and it really captures the spirit of the books represented in this box. I really want to find a way to display all of these incredible spoiler cards and bookmarks.

The first item from the box was this incredible cushion cover, with the most amazing design on it, “Your future can be whatever you wish, we all have the power to choose your own destiny.” which, of course, is from Legendary by Stephanie Garber. I really love the design, it’s so striking.

Next up was a set of magnetic bookmarks, from the Shatter Me series. I haven’t read this series yet, but I have heard good things and I have the first book sat on my TBR shelf.

We then had an iron on patch designed by Ink and Wonder Designs, it’s so colourful and gorgeous and the quote is fab too. “It’s always the fear of looking stupid that stops you from being awesome.” This quote is from The Selection, which is another book I can’t wait to read.

And then we have the most amazing smelling candle inspired by Nevernight, and named after the most incredible rebel in a ballgown, Mia Corvere, Little Crow. And I just adore the label, it’s so stunning.

Then we have the most incredible necklace, which is this shiny masquerade mask. I love the design and I can’t wait to wear it. It’s just so pretty.

And last up, we have what is my favourite item. A six month reading journal which is absolutely amazing and I am already enjoying filling in the pages, and my July reading has got off to a flying start.

The quotes in the journal are so gorgeous and I love that I can keep track of my reading, the ratings and all of my favourite quotes too. My first reads of the month, The Fallen World trilogy by Laura Thalassa, are already listed in my journal, and the series has so many amazing quotes, which I can now add to my reading journal and hopefully remember!

And last, but not least, we have the book Grace and Fury – and wow it sounds amazing! The cover is stunning and I cannot wait to read it. The author letter and character artwork are so amazing too. I will be sharing my thoughts on Grace and Fury once I have read it here on the blog.

The book also has the most gorgeous cover underneath the dust jacket too. I adore when books have surprises under the dust covers, like Caraval to Nevernight. And the quote on the front really makes me want to read Grace and Fury.

And that’s it for this June’s Rebels in Ballgowns Fairyloot box. It’s incredible and I love everything and I cannot wait for July’s The Power Within Box, which will include items from Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes, Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, And I Darken by Kiersten White, Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young and Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi. It’s so exciting!
