One of the biggest changes when we moved house over the summer, was that my daughter had to start a new nursery. Her new nursery is attached to a primary school (the primary school I hope she will be attending in September – fingers and toes crossed we get good news in April!) The result is that she now has to wear a uniform complete with shirt, tie, cardigan, tartan pinafore dress and, of course, black school shoes. (she looks super cute but really very tiny in her uniform.) I had had a bit of a struggle finding shoes that fit my daughter’s tiny feet and that are sturdy enough to be outside every day. So when I was asked if she would like to try out a pair of Winter School Shoes from Chipmunks I was very grateful.

So last week, in my review of The Night Circus (you can check that out here, if you missed it) I said that this week’s book review would be something a bit different, and surprise! It’s my review of Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.

There are so many wonderful books due out in 2018 and I just can’t wait to read them all. I thought I would share the books I am most looking forward to this spring (and hopefully in a few similar posts later in the year) which will hopefully mean the list is of a manageable length! So, here are my 8 most anticipated books of Spring 2018

My daughter absolutely loves anything to do with space right now, we are reading millions of space books each day and she is always asking questions and drawing pictures of her favourite planet (which is the dwarf planet Haumea – because it’s a different shape!). We’ve just moved house and are currently renting so there are limits to how we can decorate her room, but luckily StickerKid came to my rescue when they asked if I would like to do a review for them. And after browsing the fab range on their website I came across these wonderful custom Door and Wall Stickers.
