It’s been a while since I have joined in with Living Arrows so it’s nice to be back again for Living Arrows 39! Apologies that this is essentially a photo of a photo but I couldn’t not share this one. On Friday we went to CBeebies Land and Boo went on her first every rollercoaster and I just had to get the photo that they took whilst she was on the rollercoaster as she just had the best time!
My husband was lucky enough to win tickets to Alton Towers, and so he booked a day off work and we went on Friday, when it would be quieter and the queues would be less (which was amazing I don’t think we waited more than 5 minutes for a ride all day!). To be honest I can’t believe that we haven’t been before as Alton Towers/CBeebies Land isn’t that far from us – but I know that it’s going to be a yearly thing, at least, from now on.
Boo really wanted to go on The Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure as soon as she saw it. My little daredevil! I didn’t think she would be tall enough but she went up to get measured and she was, but only just… you needed to be 90cm tall and she was just over the line! So she got her band which said that she was tall enough and my husband and her disappeared along to go and wait in the queue. I waited and I was worried that she wouldn’t enjoy it – but she loved it.
The rollercoaster is only a short one, but you go round the track twice, when the first circuit was done, Boo yelled ‘again! again!’ she ended up going on the rollercoaster again, later in the day, and she loved it just as much the second time too. I just love this photo, she looks like she is having the best time but she also looks so grown up! It really does show that she is growing up – she has been on her first rollercoaster (as well as every other ride at CBeebies land), and she is tall enough to go on the ride and most importantly is shows that she had an amazing time!.
So here is my brave little lady for Living Arrows 39 – having the most wonderful time with her daddy on her first ever rollercoaster!
